Greetings, dark souls and members of our shadowy coven. Should any of our dark treasures fail to meet your expectations, we offer this sacred ritual for returns and exchanges. We understand that sometimes, even the most carefully selected artifacts may not align with your mystical energies.
The Sacred Timeline
You have 15 days from the day your package arrives at your sanctuary to initiate a return or exchange. After this period, the mystical connection between the item and our coven weakens, and we can no longer accept returns.
Conditions for the Ritual
For a successful return or exchange, your items must meet these requirements:
- Items must be in their original condition, unworn and unaltered
- All original tags and packaging must remain intact
- Items must be free from any mystical residue or dark energies not originally present
Items Beyond Our Return Ritual
Certain artifacts in our collection cannot be returned once they have left our crypt:
- Body Decorations (for hygiene and mystical safety reasons)
- Incense (once the sacred smoke has been released)
- Candles (if the wick has been touched by flame)
- Earrings (to protect our coven from dark energies)
- Any items marked as “final sale” or “mystical clearance”
The Ritual Steps
Step 1: Summon Our Coven
Within 15 days of receiving your order, send a raven (email) to our customer service witches at [email protected] with the following information:

Our customer service witches will respond within 1-2 business days with a return authorization and instructions for sending the items back to our crypt.
Step 3: Send the Items Back
Package the items securely in their original packaging if possible. Include a copy of your order confirmation or the return form we provide. Send your package to:
Note: The original shipping costs are non-refundable, and you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
Step 4: The Refund Incantation
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will initiate the refund ritual:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of our receipt of your return
- The refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- You should see the funds return to your account within 7-10 business days after we process the refund, depending on your financial guardian’s policies
Step 5: Exchange Enchantment
If you requested an exchange:
- We will ship your new item once we receive and process your return
- If the exchange item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference
- If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference to your original payment method
- Exchanges follow the same shipping timelines as new orders
Defective or Incorrect Items
