  • Delivery: 10-15 business days after departure from our crypt

Free Shipping – The Ethereal Path

  • Available for orders of $50 or more
  • Carried by EMS spectral couriers
  • Cost: Free (our gift to loyal coven members)
  • Delivery: 15-25 business days after departure from our crypt

Note: We currently ship our dark treasures worldwide, though some remote Asian regions and other mystical dead zones may be beyond our reach.

The Return & Exchange Ritual

Should any of our artifacts fail to resonate with your dark energies, we offer this sacred ritual for returns and exchanges.

The Sacred Timeline

You have 15 days from when your package arrives at your sanctuary to initiate a return or exchange. After this period, the mystical connection between the item and our coven weakens beyond repair.

Conditions for the Ritual

For a successful return or exchange, your items must meet these requirements:

  • Items must be in their original condition, unworn and unaltered
  • All original tags and packaging must remain intact
  • Items must be free from any mystical residue or dark energies not originally present

Artifacts Beyond Our Return Ritual

Certain dark treasures in our collection cannot be returned once they have left our crypt:

  • Body Decorations (for hygiene and mystical safety reasons)
  • Incense (once the sacred smoke has been released)
  • Candles (if the wick has been touched by flame)
  • Earrings (to protect our coven from dark energies)
  • Any items marked as “final sale” or “mystical clearance”

Note: The original shipping costs are non-refundable, and you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

4The Refund Incantation

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will initiate the refund ritual:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of our receipt of your return
  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • You should see the funds return to your account within 7-10 business days after we process the refund, depending on your financial guardian’s policies

If you requested an exchange:

  • We will ship your new item once we receive and process your return
  • If the exchange item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference
  • If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference to your original payment method
  • Exchanges follow the same shipping timelines as new orders
