  • Standard Shipping – The Swift Shadow Path: Carried by DHL or FedEx messengers. Cost: $12.95. Delivery: 10-15 business days after departure from our crypt.
  • Free Shipping – The Ethereal Path: Available for orders of $50 or more. Carried by EMS spectral couriers. Cost: Free. Delivery: 15-25 business days after departure from our crypt.

Shipping Areas

We currently ship our dark treasures worldwide, though some remote Asian regions and other mystical dead zones may be beyond our reach. If we cannot ship to your location, we will notify you and provide a full refund.

Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, carrier issues, or other factors beyond our control.

6. Return and Exchange Policy

The Sacred Timeline

You have 15 days from when your package arrives at your sanctuary to initiate a return or exchange. After this period, the mystical connection between the item and our coven weakens beyond repair.

Conditions for Return

For a successful return or exchange, your items must meet these requirements:

  • Items must be in their original condition, unworn and unaltered
  • All original tags and packaging must remain intact
  • Items must be free from any mystical residue or dark energies not originally present
